suz632: Sorry today was difficult. The push and pull of holding on and letting go is going to be hard to get through. Its good to focus on your projects and endeavors just like you are as much as you can. Don't be afraid of the feelings though. Its hard to not tamp down the letting go feelings....they're so uncomfortable to confront. But try to experience them little by little so you can process them. Itll help you to keep moving forward. Seek help if you need to. Everything will be okay John. Heather is comfy in her world due to your selfless arrangements. And you are stronger than you feel right now. You are doing very well considering what you've been enduring. All us people who don't know you are wishing you and Heather well. Take care.

We’ve all been watching the videos, and hoping, and maybe sometimes seeing something that was not there. But it’s so healthy - I think - for you to acknowledge that.
The only silver lining I can think of is that it makes it easier on her, and I know that’s what you’d choose if you had a choice.
