cottonysensation3723: One of my teachers was from New York and I can confirm with much annoyance that this is in fact t-shirt and shorts weather for them. No matter how cold it got that man would wear light summer clothing and be fine, didn’t even wear a hat to cover his bald head.

JuStBeKiNd-j9g: Hoodie and shorts is my favorite combo here in the Chicagoland area. But only if I know I won’t be stuck outside for long periods of time. I do however agree with some of the comments, damp weather is bone chilling to me.

Gnomercy6242KCh: I go out in shorts and a sweatshirt in much colder weather. In November when the temperature falls to freezing, it feels cold and you bundle up. By February, when the temperatures recover to freezing, it feels milder and you dress lighter.
