7 Genius TShirt Styling Hacks That Make You Look 10x More Expensive After 50
andreaavnery2059: Agree in all points, but you missed a very important one: neckline. Almost all the T-shirts were crew-necked (or high round-necked) which actually only looks good on men or flat-chested women. They don't flatter the female body, distort the proportions and emphasize the "not so fresh" neck (wrinkled skin). There is nothing more flattering than a V-cut, but also a boat-neckline, which draw the eye away from the neck (one in length, the other in width)
MaudeenCollier: I hate round necked t shirts and will change mine to have v necks. As it immediately takes away that barrel look.
ysel6287: I shorten most of my T shirts. Overlong shirts are bulky if tucked in, a shorter length may be tucked or not.
NicoletteEBedford: Never worn a t shirt...never will! Common, and clings to every roll. Most unfeminine. Made for men ! Women look best in a lovely loose blouse, sleeve to elbow, plain colour or small print. Never big prints... They are cool, and a cami under is useful.
N.J.Aroha100: The Neckline too is supa important after 40. A Round Crew Neckline that hits at the base of the neck where it joins to the
Décolletage or chest is where the edge should sit unless you have great taut skin in that area. If you don't then bring life to
the face with colours that suit your undertone with a little stiffened cotton or linen top beneath some structured garment as
in a blazer or jacket. The T Shirt Neckline is essential to get right unless your ok showing off a wobbly turkey neck/throat
that might be starting to show its seen better days
charluvsdisney: Land's End sells really great tees.
L.A.McDonough: I keep t shirts looking new, when worn looking I use them to sleep in. I stick to neutrals and some blue shades or teal. Layered under chambray or other shirts. Interesting video, thanks! (retiree).
Julia.Mandelbrot: It's ok to be old and wear an old T-shirt. These judgy ai proclamations are tiresome.
