Should be easy for the 3D print to incorporate, some small rubber ping pong ball. Or just a wheel that rolls horizontally.

horsemaskreplica: I think if you just had the double hooks made longer in the back (so closer to a circle than they are now), they wouldn't come off as easily. Right now they seem like they go around the bar a lot less than a standard hanger does.
