The design placement is not clear. I don't know if my design is 1 inch below the collar or 3 inches.. Visually demonstrating it would make it clearer than trying to figure it out. 8caratdiamondent: Great video. I ordered a shirt from printful, I loved my design but not the shirt. Do you guys attend Print Shows? If not you should offer swatches of your t-shirts and also samples of the DTG and Flex design this would be really helpful and cost effective.

Very helpful and great job to the camera person for those XCU for fabric difference. Since y'all work with this daily and see tons of feed back from customers, I hope to see more like this in the future. Very much interested in products such as embroidery / DTG/DTFlex Hats or Homeware/kitchen items. A Kind gesture - maybe add some visuals such as large bold printed card for each product.
